A small case study on resisting the default AI architecture. The cheapest, fastest, most reliable retrieval system for a 200-document corpus is not a vector database. It’s a prompt and a flat file. Here’s what we shipped, what we measured, and when this stops working.

### Why hire you over an agency?

### Do you have specific industry experience?
